My Birthday and how it turned out THIS year...

Ok! Here we are again and I am so sorry that this is not on a Tuesday Meagan! Anyways I turned 13 last Tuesday and it was a great birthday! Monday Mom and I shopped for stuff and I babysat. I went and got some Mickey Mouse earrings that are so cute! And a Minnie Mouse shirt! All for my party! We got some other stuff to finish for Mom's errands and so I was basically gone all day! Monday night I made a sign for me and a sign for Dad since it's his birthday too.

It's pretty cool and took me awhile. You see, all of his kids (and Mom) and grandkids are holding the sign up and on top of the sign is Dad...sleeping. I'm really proud of myself and I really like the balloons! So yeah I know I'm pretty skilled like that! That night I went to bed around 11:40pm I was too tired to stay up till midnight AND Mom said to not stay up till midnight so I was really close but didn't. I woke up not by anybody by myself completely awake at 7:30am! Uh ok brain you wake up early on only holidays? Ok...Then I watched T.V and then fell asleep again. Mom came in my room and woke me up around 9...I think...Then I showered. And helped Thom set the volleyball net up for my party at 11am. I hung up my sign on the outside of the garage and it said, "Happy Birthday Madee, Party out Back!" and it was covered in a bunch of Mickey Mouses since my party was a Mickey and Minnie Mouse party! Half the time though, the people who came to my party just went to the door instead of in the backyard! Uh ok people I guess you don't know how to read! Whatever. Then I opened presents. I got 2 from Mom and Dad even though Mom said I was only getting one! The first present I opened was the one that Mom told me was mine! Which was in an envelope so I was thinking that it was like a gift card or something! Nope. Inside the birthday card was a receipt for a play called, "The Adam's family home evening" Mom said that it is a comedy and we are going to see it tomorrow (aka Saturday, June 30, 2012) then Mom gave me a smaller item that was an iPod touch! It's the 4th generation which is the most recent generation and it is so light! Much lighter then my old iPod touch that was slowly breaking...just like my old computer. It's white too! And there is a camera on it! It is so awesome! And I was playing with it all day! I am still playing with it all day. At 11 people started coming for my party! As soon as they came we had them start on their neckless and when everyone got there we started grilling the hot dogs. And yes since this was a Mickey Mouse party we had hot dogs because on Mickey Mouse club house at the end of each episode they sing, "Hot dog, Hot dog, Hot diggidy dog..." and it says those same words for the whole song.
I invited 13 people and 11 of them came! After we put Mosh Posh on top of the neckless, we had to let it dry so we played volleyball. Well some did. Others jumped on the tramp of just talked or squirted people with squirt guns. Then we had cake.

Thanks to Meagan for making me a wonderful cake and yes that cake is...well was homemade! It turned out delicious and Mitch helped me blow out the candles!

I actually think we opened presents first...oops well Mitch helped me open them too!
Oh and that hat on my head? Mitch made it for me! It's covered in Mickey and Minnie Mouse stickers and once I took it off and Mitch told me to put it back on not quite yelling at me but he sure sounded angry so I kept it on for the rest of the night. It's a pretty stylish hat.

I think everyone had fun at the party! Mitch and Ali sure did!!  I got a lot of presents!! One of my friends gave me 2 giant coloring books with 2 regular sized coloring books and markers and colored pencils AND a Mickey Mouse Pez container and a bunch of Pez candy! Another person forgot that the party was today and came in the middle of it with a homemade card and 10 dollars! Another person got me a T-shirt and 15 dollars. Another person got me a fancy scarf. One person went all the way down to City Creek and got me a Mickey Mouse T-shirt and a Mickey Mouse water bottle and a Mickey Mouse bag. Another person made me a pencil holder out of clay, painted it half black, half red and on the red were two yellow dots (like Mickey's pants). That same person also got me a Disney Mickey Mouse pin. One person got me a TON of candy and a Mickey Mouse puzzle. Meagan got me a jar with Mickey Mouse stickers on it and it was filled with black, then white, then black, then red, then black, then yellow m&ms. She also gave me a fat pen and Mitch gave me that hat. One person  gave me 2 bracelets. Grandma and Papa gave me a musical card. Another person gave me lotion and hand sanitizer. One person gave me a nail kit (like nail clippers and nail filers, etc.) she also gave me a pen and a bracelet and sticky notes and some cards with envelopes. Thomas got me a giant Yoshi figurine and a journal. Thom knew that I wanted the Yoshi figurine but he said that he got me the journal because he thought it looked nice. Haha ok Thom thanks! Emma got me an owl wallet which is so cute! And...I think that's it! Well for presents at least. After cake we all played outside until everyone left. It was really fun. Oh and grandma decided to come crash my party! ;) It was fun!
At 2 was when the party ended and Tracy Dad took me and Emma to the water park 7 peaks at 4pm well first he took us to dinner at Cafe Rio then we went to 7 peaks till it closed at 8pm then we went to Meagan's house to get some stuff of Emma's. Well before we went to Meagan's house we went to iceberg and got ice-cream and we were home around 11. Happy Birthday to me it was so fun!

Oh and P.S, that one paragraph is bolded or underlined or whatever because well I don't know on here it says it's underlined but on the preview it looks bolded so don't worry it's not for any apparent reason. And I tried to take it off or make it so it looked normal but it won't so yeah :)

What's been um...going on

So I haven't wrote in here for a while which you probably already know. I didn't plan to write in it for a while either. But, Mom is wanting me to write in this and so here I am writing it out. Last time I wrote was Christmas...yeah...it has been a loooong time.

Spring Break happened and I did fun things everyday! Monday we had Grandma's easter egg hunt and the candy was gone shortly after. Tuesday Mom took Emma and I down to City Creek. We shopped and shopped and shopped until...we found the Disney store! I was so excited! Then....my dreams were crushed! Just kidding it wasn't THAT dramatic. It just was full of all these little kids toys and SMALL pajamas and SMALL swimsuits. It was so sad. My life soon turned happy though because we found the game store! Wow. That was all I could say. There were probably hundreds of games and toys!! I found so many wonderful things that I fell in love with. Then Mom found these things called Bucky Balls. Bucky Balls are small magnet balls that stick together. They are so addicting to play with (witness: Tara)!!! Emma later found Jenga and so I bought that too. And what I found? Silly Putty. Which Mom said I couldn't buy even though I was buying it with my own money! (Later I got Silly Putty in my Easter Basket.)

After City Creek Mom dropped me off at Tara's house. We played and played and played all day long! At night I slept in Lily's room...on the floor. Not like there is anything wrong with that but it wasn't that comfortable. And I went to bed at 8 which isn't what I'm quite used to...it's usually 11 or 11:30. I woke up in the middle of the night around 1 am, and I had a pounding headache which made me stay up until around 3 am. I didn't want to walk over to Tara's bedroom because...well...that would be awkward. So I called Tara. I could HERE her phone ringing yet she didn't. So I went to bed and slept well for the rest of that night. Morning came and we played some more and had loads and loads of fun!!

Then we decided to do a craft. We made these things called Boogie Monsters. They are little pipe cleaner Monsters that look like they are dancing! Mine was blue, Lily's was orange, Jackson's was green, and Tara's was red. They were so so cute and a lot of fun to make. We then decided to hide them around the house to see what Tim would say when he got home.

I hid mine on a shelf sort of thing above the door...so did Jackson.

Lily hid her Boogie Monster on the stairs.

Tara hid her Boogie Monster on a shelf by the candles.

It was really funny walking around that house where almost wherever you looked there would be a Boogie Monster. After that we played games outside and inside, we danced and tickled and laughed and had so much fun!!!

Until I decided to play the piano. I was trying to remember one of the songs I was going to play at my next recital (which turned out great) and I didn't quite have it memorized at the time so I did as much as I could. I gave up I couldn't remember parts of so I start playing that chopstick version of Heart and Soul. It's a really catchy tune and soon Lily came in. She told how she had always wanted to play that song on the piano, so I thought that I could teach her! (It IS a really easy song to play) and she practiced the whole night and was so excited to play it in front of her Dad.

                                                             Afterwards, Beth tried.

So we had such a good time playing after all! It is so cute watching Lily and Beth play the piano and Jackson run around saying, "I'm going to work...come and catch and me!!" I love these kiddos so much!

I come into the kitchen after I finish playing the piano and find Lily writing squiggles down a piece of paper. I look at her and than say, "Lily what are doing?" She than tells me that she is writing down what she has to do everyday.  She told me that everyday she has to brush her teeth, get dressed, play with Beth...than she let out a HUGE sigh and said, "It's VERY exhausting!" As she turns the paper over and it's completely filled with squiggles and dots.

Beth is another whole cute story. She laughs and the strangest times and is nothing more than smiles and joy. Although she cries and begs, she is such a doll! Anybody that is with Beth for more than one second, can understand that she is so cute and happy...unless it's her bed time. Silly silly little things that silly little girl does.

Lily, Jackson, and Beth what a load of fun to be with overnight. They all have done some cheeky things here and there but so have I so...it's okay. That was the main highlight of my week they are so darling and so cute to be with. Tara, I love your kids!! (don't worry I love you too)

Now that is really all the pictures I have because after I was at Tara's house my camera died and I just barely recharged it! So just use your imagination for the rest of my week. I stayed at Tara's house until Wednesday night at 6:30pm. So than Thursday I babysat and Friday I babysat oh and Saturday I babysat some more. Yes I HAD a lot of money now I only have 45 dollars just joking that's a lot compared to negative 5 but I used to have 80 dollars. Okay now I am just bragging. Any who, Spring break was a lot of fun and I really liked it. Oh! Also, Saturday before I babysat Mom had her easter egg hunt and Amy helped Emma and I hide the eggs little did she know that the oldest was 3. No worries we found them eventually. Well that's all for now! I will write again probably in another um 6 weeks (you know the usual.)
